This cheeky cocktail welcomes in the Chinese New Year – and is just perfect for all you lovers out there too
We’ll soon be celebrating Chinese New Year (28 January) and to welcome in the Year of the Rooster the talented mixologists at Chung Ying Central have developed this cheeky little number. With a heady mix of vodka, Baileys and gingerbread syrup it also works rather well for Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients:
- 25ml Stolichnaya Vodka
- 25ml Baileys
- 50ml Half and Half
- 25ml Gingerbread Syrup
Method:
- Shake with ice and strain into Martini Glass
- Garnish with a crushed cinnamon stick sprinkled on the top
