Warwick Music Group celebrates Queen’s Award for world-beater

West Midlands-based Warwick Music Group celebrated its Queen’s Award for Enterprise for Innovation at a party held at Hotel du Vin, Birmingham. The award-winning pBone – the world’s first plastic trombone that has since become a global best-seller – took pride of place at the event. Warwick Music Group has sold more than 250,000 pBones, conceived by a team of West Midlands musicians who set out to create a quality instrument that made the joy of music accessible and fun for all. Chief executive Steven Greenall thanked guests for their support.
