Birmingham’s Fairy Godmother, JoJo Smith, celebrated becoming a best-selling author with a book ball at the Grand Botanical Suite. JoJo launched her book, Loving Yourself Beyond Belief, on Valentine’s Day and saw it hit number one on the Amazon best-seller charts in 14 categories. Entertainment was provided by Dani Wallace, founder of Flyanyway Foundation which supports survivors of domestic abuse. The Foundation and Become, the charity for children in care and young care leaders, benefited from the evening which raised £460. Silver haired curve model, Rachel Peru hosted the catwalk.
