Building industry comes together to raise more than £167,000 in one night

More than £167,000 was raised in one night for local charities at the first-ever Midlands construction charity event held at The Belfry. The event brought together over 300 guests from across the building industry, all rallying behind four Midlands-based family-run firms –Tippers, EH Smith Builders Merchants, Friel Construction and M Lambe Construction – who joined forces to make it happen. The cash raised will be split between Acorns Children’s Hospice, St Giles Hospice, Tabor Living and Christy Lambe Foundation.
