Featuring rum from a range named in honour of a local boxing legend, this tipple is a real knock-out

This simple and delicious cocktail comes from the guys at the Warwickshire Gin Company, a local independent distillery that boasts a collection of award-winning spirits. Honeybee Cocktail uses one of our favourites – Pugilist Honey Rum – which is part of the range named in honour of Warwickshire’s own boxing legend Randolph Turpin. Ingredients 

• 50ml Pugilist Honey Rum

• 10ml lime juice.

• Sicilian lemonade to taste

Method 

Put two or three large ice cubes into a tall glass. Add the rum and lime juice then top up with the lemonade. Stir gently, garnish with a slice of dried lime and enjoy!
