Please join us as we mix it up and get fruity for spring
This is one of our favourite spring cocktails from the guys at the Sky Bar & Restaurant, Resorts World. It’s a fruity little number and it’s a load of fun popping the mix in with a syringe! As always, please enjoy responsibly.
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Tanqueray gin
- 30ml lemon juice
For the Bramble Mix:
- 15ml cucumber syrup
- 10ml Crème de cassis
- 5ml blueberry liqueur
METHOD
Fill an old-fashioned glass tumbler with ice. Pour in the gin and lemon juice. Prepare all Bramble Mix ingredients into a plastic syringe. Garnish with a skewer of blackberries, raspberries and a strip of cucumber. For added theatre, allow your guests to insert their own hit of the Bramble Mix, using the syringe upon serving.
