This month we’re raising a glass to all you naughty Valentines out there – with the help of the mixologists at Manahatta Birmingham 

What could be better for Valentine’s Day than a rather delicious Booty Call..! As naughty and delicious as it may be, please enjoy responsibly.

INGREDIENTS:

• 15ml Ciroc Red Berry vodka
• 15ml Raspberry liqueur
• 15ml Peach liqueur
• 15ml blood orange syrup (Giffard or Monin)
• 25ml Pineapple juice
• 25ml Cranberry juice

METHOD:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with cubed ice. Shake hard until the outside of the shaker goes cold and frosty. Carefully open the shaker and fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with freeze-dried raspberry powder and enjoy!
