The clever sticks at Chung Ying Central have knocked up this creamy, indulgent Tiramisu Float that’ll help celebrate both events in some style. As always, please enjoy responsibly.

ALL YOU NEED TO MIX IT UP BEAUTIFULLY 

INGREDIENTS:

• 25ml Disoronno
• 25ml Baileys
• 12.5ml Vanilla syrup
• 25ml Expresso
• 50ml Half cream

METHOD: 

Shake with ice and strain into a Hurricane glass. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Garnish with biscuit and cocoa powder.
