Shaky Pete’s Ginger Brew is a frosty, frothy beer cocktail described as a ‘turbo-shandy for the discerning drinker’. It’s boozy enough to give you a buzz, but tall enough to refresh – making it the autumn tipple that we’re loving right now! But of course, we’re enjoying responsibly, as should you.

Ingredients:
• 35ml gin
• 50ml homemade ginger syrup
• 50ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 100ml quality ale

Method:
Place the ginger syrup, lemon juice and gin in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain through a sieve into a frozen beer stein and top up with your favourite ale.
