The Brendas boost kids’ charity

The Brendas cash in as property professionals spoof top TV show

Birmingham property professionals raised more than £32,000 for disadvantaged children at their annual spoof awards lunch. The Brenda awards were held at Burlington Hotel and attended by more than 370 guests. The main charity this year is Teenage Cancer Trust, but a donation is also being made to support victims and families of the Manchester terrorist attack. This year’s spoof event was a take-off of TV’s Gogglebox. The show was hosted by Jilly Cosgrove of Barques Design, Lucy Hansell of Estilo Interiors, Rupert Young of Nurton Developments and Simon Marks of Arcadis.
