Theatre shows off its £650,000 revamp to showbiz celebrities

The Alexandra concluded its relaunch campaign with a star-studded event showing off its brand new look following a £650,000 revamp. Guests included UB40 legend Astro, Birmingham rapper Lady Sanity, actor Danny Mac and Birmingham soul singing legend Jaki Graham, as well as a host of other celebrities and media personalities. The event coincided with the official opening of the first-ever UK tour of Motown The Musical, one of the most successful shows ever to grace the stage at the Alex.
