New menu launch at HdV

Business community turns out in force to welcome Fruit du Mer

New general manager of Hotel du Vin Birmingham, Tom Gallimore, welcomed guests to the Bubble Lounge for the launch of the new summer menu at the Birmingham Hotel Du Vin. The city’s business community turned out in force to support the event. The new menu features a formidable Fruit du Mer platter and other fresh dishes.
