Four-day festival attracts stars from world of entertainment and sport
Stars from the world of entertainment and sport descended on Nailcote Hall to compete in the 2016 Farmfoods British Par 3 Championship. As well as a four-day extravaganza of top golf, the event hosts a series of evening gala dinners that help raise vital funds for Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People. Leading the golf pros was a line-up of Ryder Cup greats, including Tony Jacklin, Ian Woosnam and Costantino Rocca while the celebrities included Nigel Mansell, Peter Shilton, Peter Withe, Alan McInally, Strictly’s Len Goodman and James Jordan, Westlife’s Brian McFadden and Coronation Street’s William Roache. The championship title went to European Senior Tour winner Mark Mouland.
