Velvet Horse

Dedicated to the Chinese year of the horse, this is a special twist on the all-time classic Cosmopolitan

Use mandarin vodka and blackberry liqueur to create a deep purple, velvety drink. Its creator is Matthew Wilkinson, head barman at Chung Ying Central.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Absolut Mandarin Vodka
  • 25ml Crème de Mure
  • 12.5ml lemon juice
  • 12.5ml cranberry juice

METHOD

Combine the mandarin vodka, blackberry liqueur and juices in a cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly with ice. Fine strain into a Martini glass. Finish off with a lemon twist and a citrus flame.
