Use mandarin vodka and blackberry liqueur to create a deep purple, velvety drink. Its creator is Matthew Wilkinson, head barman at Chung Ying Central.
- 50ml Absolut Mandarin Vodka
- 25ml Crème de Mure
- 12.5ml lemon juice
- 12.5ml cranberry juice
Combine the mandarin vodka, blackberry liqueur and juices in a cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly with ice. Fine strain into a Martini glass. Finish off with a lemon twist and a citrus flame.
