The Tinkertini

Introducing a merry mix that’s magic for all the family Pirates, fairies and a boy who can fly – all packed into a glass!

This magical mix is just what the festive period ordered because it’s perfect for kids (and adults too!) Named the Tinkertini, the mocktail is one of a brand new non-alcoholic range concocted by the mixologists at the Royal Shakespeare Company’s Stratford restaurant to coincide with the company’s family show, Wendy & Peter Pan. The Tinkertini, based on Peter Pan’s mischievous fairy sidekick Tink, is a mix of raspberry sherbet and apple juice complete with edible glitter stars to give an exciting flavour of Neverland.

Ingredients:

  • 100ml raspberry sherbet syrup
  • 25ml lime juice
  • 50ml apple juice

To decorate the glass:

Lime Raspberry sherbet Edible gold and pink stars

Method:

Dip a high ball glass in lime juice then roll the rim of the glass in edible gold and pink stars and raspberry sherbet. Shake all the remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain over ice cubes into the glass.
