Second City Golf tournament chips in with incredible £19,000 bonus for charities

The Second City Golf Classic tournament saw 42 teams teeing up to raise a record-breaking amount of money for charities, the Norman Laud Association and Duchenne Children’s Trust. In its 48th year, the competition brought professional golfers, amateurs and celebrities together for a glorious day at Little Aston Golf Club, Sutton Coldfield. This year’s tournament raised nearly £19,000 with the help of sponsors Turkish Airlines and generous donations from patrons and players. Winning team Brewin Dolphin lifted the Rod Davies Memorial Bowl.
