New menu unveiled as 200 guests say ‘happy birthday’ on the 16th floor

More than 200 guests celebrated the first birthday of Rofuto, enjoying the city skyline from the 16th floor of the Park Regis hotel. Party-goers had a taste of Rofuto’s new menu which has been adapted to fit the popular Japanese Izakaya concept – offering a more casual dining experience focused around sharer plates and tapas-style servings, complemented by the addition of Robata grill favourites such as Tomahawk steak and Wagyu beef. The evening was also attended by Park Regis’ new general manager, Mark Payne.
