Pineapple & ginger martini

If there was ever a drink to banish the winter blues it’s this little beauty.

Created by Jamie Michael, bar manager at The Chameleon, it’s mix of tropical fruit with warm notes of ginger and vanilla. The perfect antidote to a wet or even snowy nights in the city

Ingredients

  • 50ml Stoli vodka
  • Two fresh pineapple wedges
  • Two strips of fresh peeled Ginger
  • 10ml vanilla syrup
  • 50ml pineapple juice

Method

  1. Muddle ginger and pineapple in base of shaker
  2. Add all the other ingredients
  3. Shake well with ice and fine strain into a chilled martini glass
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge
