Marmalade opens at REP

Lid lifted on Marmalade as VIPs get taste of theatre’s freshest addition

Marmalade – Bitters ‘n Twisted’s new bistro and bar at Birmingham Rep – was officially opened with a VIP event. Overlooking Centenary Square, Marmalade features an eclectic mix of furnishings and bold decor offering a warm and inviting environment with a relaxed dining area serving simple, tasty food. The bar features quality wines, local ales, craft bottle beers and a range of cocktails. Bitters ‘n Twisted was launched by Matt Scriven in 2006 and also operates the Jekyll and Hyde, Bodega, the Rose Villa Tavern, Island Bar and the New Inn Harborne.
