Launch party sees VIPs sample delights of stunning new restaurant and bar

A VIP party launched the new Fumo restaurant in Selfridges. Guests enjoyed cocktails and Italian canapes at the restaurant and bar on the fourth floor overlooking the Bullring. The evening showcased the skills of the all-Italian team, including a fresh Porcini and White Truffle Risotto presented in a whole wheel of Parmesan, served by San Carlo Group’s executive chef. Live music came from saxophonist Dax. Fumo serves an all-day menu of ‘cicchetti’, regional Italian small plate dishes, while a specials menu features options exclusive to Selfridges.
