Local lad and fashion designer, Luke Roper is throwing his support behind the Jeff Astle Foundation during England’s Euro campaign to the tune of £100 per goal!
The Luke Roper stores in Birmingham and Merry Hill will be running joint promotions throughout the tournament including donating £100, so £300 in total, every time the England team scores. The stores will also have a donation pot at each till and every Luke customer who makes a purchase and donates to the pot will be entered into a raffle for the chance to win two special canvasses.
The stores are also displaying artwork promoting the foundation and its valuable work. The Jeff Astle Foundation was set up in memory of the West Brom and England player who tragically died of brain damage as a result of heading the ball.
The charity founded by Jeff’s daughter Dawn, raises awareness of brain injury in all forms of sport and offers crucial support to those people affected.
