Berries in Blues

Is there anything to beat the rich sounds of jazz and blues? Only if it’s a cocktail to match in a chilled tall glass!

Berried In Blues was created by those ace mixers at The Jam House to mark the spirit of the Birmingham International Jazz and Blues Festival. It features vodka, Midori, Chambord and pineapple and cranberry juices. Music to our ears…

INGREDIENTS:

  • 25ml Midori
  • 25ml vodka
  • 12.5ml Chambord
  • 90ml (3oz) cranberry juice
  • 90ml (3oz) pineapple juice

METHOD:

Fill a 10oz highball glass with crushed ice. Build the Midori, Chambord and cranberry juice into the glass. Put crushed ice, vodka and pineapple juice into cocktail shaker and shake. Using a Hawthorne, strain contents of shaker over Midori mix. Garnish with a cherry.
